As a Post Partum doula I would visit the home after discharge from the hospital and help with whatever is needed (light house keeping, laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, meal prep, sibling care and help with your care and/or the baby's care). As a postpartum doula I would also be a resource if you need education for newborn and postpartum care. The hourly rate is $50/ hr. I believe in customizing plans that meet each family's goals and needs! I'm excited to be considered a part of your journey!
