The birth doula the package includes 2 prenatal visits to cover birth plans and birth prep, up to 12 hours of labor assistance/support and 2 hours postpartum as well as 2 postpartum home visits and access to questions via call/ text for the remainder of pregnancy and up to 12 weeks postpartum.
